မည္သူႏွင့္မွ မေရာဘဲ တစ္ဦးတည္းေနျခင္းသည္ ကာယဝိေဝက၊ကာယဝိေဝကျဖင့္ ေရာဂါကူးစက္ခံရမွုမွ ေရွာင္ရွားနိုင္သည္။

အာ႐ုံမ်ိဳးစုံကိုလက္မခံဘဲ သတိသမာဓိရဲ့ထိန္းေက်ာင္းမွုျဖင့္ဘာဝနာအာ႐ုံတစ္မ်ိဳးတည္း၌စိတ္ကိုထားျခင္းသည္ စိတၱဝိေဝက၊စိတၱဝိေဝကျဖင့္
(၁)ကာမအာ႐ုံတမ္းတျခင္း(ကာမစၧႏၵ)
(၂)အလိုမက်ျခင္းစိတ္ဓာတ္က်ျခင္း(ဗ်ာပါဒ)
(၃)စိတ္ေလျခင္း ေတြးေတာပူပန္ျခင္း
(ဥဒ္ဓစ္စ၊ကုက္ကုစ္စ)
(၄)စိတ္လန္းဆန္းမွုမရွိျခင္း၊
စိတ္အားကုန္ျခင္း (ထိနမိဒၶ)
(၅)ေဝခြဲမရေအာင္စိတ္ရွုတ္ျခင္း
(ဝိစိကိစၧာ)စေသာ စိတ္ေရာဂါ
အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးမွကာကြယ္နိုင္သည္။ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶ၏လမ္းညႊန္မွုျဖစ္သည္။ႀကိဳးစားၾကည့္ပါ။

Living Away In Seclusion


To live alone without anyone beside us is called Kayaviveka.

By practising Kayaviveka, we can avoid catching any physical illnesses.

Refraining from allowing too many senses, through the guidance of mindfulness and concentration, we should ‘still our minds through meditation’. This practice is known as Cittaviveka.

Through Cittaviveka-
we can prevent from mental illnesses such as :

  1. Cravings for sensations (Kamacchanda)
  2. Feelings of Unhappiness and Depression (byapada)
  3. Restlessness and Worry (uddhacca/kukkucca)
  4. Torpor and Lethargy (thina-middha)
  5. Doubt and Uncertainty (vicikicchaw)

This is the teaching and guidance of Lord Buddha.
